Emergency and Security Alert
UMS Group Alert System makes it easy to reach many persons within a short space of time, either by sending them a voice message or an SMS. Our group alert service is specially adapted for preparedness related purposes and for calling in personnel, but it can also be used for communicating less critical messages.
The service has built-in functionality for list storage with import and export functions. It is also possible to load lists for one-off use. Users can configure message profiles and define response options. It is also possible to predefine transmission processes to enable activation of an alert with only few key clicks.
Using UMS Group Alert System, you can contact an emergency action group, call in personnel and register who can meet and how fast they can meet, or send critical and non-critical information with or without response. The service has a detailed status page, showing response and accurate time of delivery both for voice and SMS.
