UMS Conference Services
Conference Alert is a service for calling three or more phones and setting those in conference. As opposed to traditional conference systems, where you have to make a reservation of time and the participants have to call in to the conference, with UMS Conference Alert the participants are called.
The service is primarily developed for preparedness related purposes. The benefit of the service is fast establishment of dialog between two or more parties, for instance a crisis team that need to be gathered from their respective locations to take action. Via his own interface, the head of an operation can follow up who has attended the conference etc. The service is operated under the same strict operational environment as the rest of our services.
Conference Alert is an optional module in UMS Group Alert System. After a message has been sent to call in personnel, you may simplify the information flow during an action by setting everyone who has responded similarly (like "Yes, I will meet for the action") in conference, and by this share information with everyone.
